About
Who Dr. Sonu Taxak is?
Dr. Sonu Taxak is the Medical Director at Yellow Fertility & IVF Centre and has spent over a decade helping couples through fertility treatment. She trained in reproductive medicine after her MS and DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, and was awarded a gold medal for her fellowship in reproductive medicine and IVF.
Her clinical focus is on complex and repeat-failure cases — recurrent implantation failure, low ovarian reserve, endometriosis and severe male-factor infertility. Every treatment plan starts with a full diagnostic workup, so couples understand why a protocol is being recommended before anything begins.
Couples who consult her consistently mention the same thing: she explains the numbers honestly, including when IVF is not the right next step. That candour is the reason many of her patients come through referrals from families she has already treated.

FAQs
Questions couples ask first
The first visit is a detailed history and review of any reports you already have. If tests are missing, she will tell you exactly which ones are needed and why. You leave with a written plan and an estimate — no treatment is started on the first visit.
Yes. Recurrent implantation failure and repeat IVF failure are a large part of her practice. These cases usually begin with a fresh diagnostic workup rather than repeating the same protocol, because the reason for the earlier failure determines what changes.
Once your baseline tests are complete, stimulation usually begins with your next cycle. For most couples that is two to six weeks from the first consultation, depending on which tests are pending.
Yes. Video consultations are available for first opinions, report reviews and follow-ups. Procedures, scans and sample collection need an in-person visit to the centre.
Dr. Sonu performs egg retrievals, embryo transfers, hysteroscopy and laparoscopy herself, and supervises the embryology lab protocols for every cycle under her care.
