Primary vs Secondary Infertility
"But we did it before" is one of the most common things fertility specialists hear from couples struggling to conceive a second time and it's also one of the most misleading assumptions in fertility. Having a child once tells you almost nothing about how easily the next one will come.

Here's the one fact that changes how most men think about fertility: sperm regenerates roughly every 74 days. That means the habits you change today show up in a semen analysis about three months from now, fertility isn't fixed, it's closer to a rolling average of how you've been living lately.

FAQs
Questions couples ask first
Yes. Recurrent implantation failure and repeat IVF failure are a large part of her practice. These cases usually begin with a fresh diagnostic workup rather than repeating the same protocol, because the reason for the earlier failure determines what changes.
Once your baseline tests are complete, stimulation usually begins with your next cycle. For most couples that is two to six weeks from the first consultation, depending on which tests are pending.
Dr. Sneha Tickoo performs egg retrievals, embryo transfers, hysteroscopy and laparoscopy herself, and supervises the embryology lab protocols for every cycle under her care.
